Adding dispatchers

A guide on adding and resending email verification for new dispatchers

In order to add a new dispatcher to your account, follow the steps outlined below.

  • Click on the "Add Dispatcher" button: From the main dashboard, click on the "Add Dispatcher" button to begin the process of adding a new dispatcher.

  • Once you have clicked on the "Add Dispatcher" button, you will be prompted to enter the dispatcher's email address and type a dispatcher ID for them.

  • After you have entered the dispatcher's details, click on the "Create" button to create their account. The dispatcher will receive an email invitation with their login details, including their dispatcher ID and password.

  • Once you have added the dispatcher to your company's account, you can manage their account by clicking on the "Manage Dispatcher" tab. From here, you can view the dispatcher's account details and edit their information if needed.

Resending the Email Invitation

If the dispatcher did not receive the initial email invitation, you can easily resend it by following these steps:

  • From the "Manage Dispatcher" tab, find the dispatcher's account and click on the "Resend" icon.The dispatcher will receive a new email invitation with their login details, including a new password.
